The Best Solana DEXs

There’s no single “best” DEX for every situation — an aggregator, a straightforward AMM, and a concentrated-liquidity pool each solve a different problem. Here’s how the most established options on Solana generally stack up.

Jupiter — best default for swapping

If you’re just swapping tokens and want the best available price without comparing venues yourself, Jupiter’s routing across the whole ecosystem’s liquidity makes it the sensible default for most trades.

Raydium — best for deep, established liquidity

One of the longest-running Solana AMMs, with deep liquidity across major pairs and both standard and concentrated-liquidity pool options for liquidity providers.

Orca — best for approachable concentrated liquidity

If you want to provide concentrated liquidity yourself and want clear tooling around expected fees and impermanent loss, Orca’s Whirlpools interface is generally considered one of the more approachable entry points.

Meteora — best for newer token liquidity infrastructure

Meteora’s dynamic vaults and DLMM pools are widely used as the liquidity backbone for new token launches specifically — useful to know if you’re evaluating a brand-new pool, though that context also means more caution is warranted with unestablished pairs.

Drift — best established perpetuals venue

For leveraged derivatives rather than spot swaps, Drift is one of the more established perpetuals platforms on Solana with a longer track record than most newer entrants in that category.
